peanut butter protein shake

I AM ADDICTED!

the following shake I started making a few weeks ago and I am so addicted!
I need to watch how ofter I eat/drink it!!!

its a peanut butter protein shake that is no longer filled with peanut butter haha.

So I have tried both shakes, the one with peanut butter and the one with almond butter both delicious!

1 scoop chocolate whey protein
2 tbsp almond butter (peanut butter)
1/2 banana
1 c almond milk (skim milk)
1/4 c rolled oats
2 ice cubs
pinch of sea salt (salt)

Sorry I do not have a picture :(

But try it for yourself its way good!

*make sure you blend really well so all the oats are not still chunky
