The first one I tried was called the pre-workout shake!
8-12oz water
2 scoops of egg white powder or whey protein isolate
1 banana
6 ice cubes
MIX IN BLENDER 30 SEC.
I did the vanilla egg white powder instead of whey protein because my whey protein is chocolate flavored and I figured it would taste better but next time I will try the chocolate flavor out.
SO my thoughts!
It was good! I think I added a little too much of the egg white powder, it over powered the banana taste a little. Besides that it was really good. Next time I will try the chocolate whey protein powder and let you know how that was.
But this shake was really easy and simple. It took only a minute to gather the items and blend it. The ingredients also make for an easy clean up in the blender (compared to peanut butter). I recommend trying this one out. See if you enjoy it!
Now since it is the pre-workout shake I guess I should go workout now :)
