lets eat more spinach

So if you are like me and do not like some foods or are picky about how they can only be with certain foods then smoothies are perfect for you like they are for me!

I have been trying to add foods that i would not normally eat into smoothies, such as almonds, blueberries and now spinach!

Post workout shake

7/8 c almond milk
7/8 c greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
10 almonds
handful of spinach
scoop of vanilla protein shake





Almond butter/banana/spinach smoothie

2/3c almond milk
1/2c greek yogurt
1 banana
1 tbsp almond butter
2 c spinach

(sorry no picture for this one but looks just like the other smoothie)


BOTH SMOOTHIES WERE GOOD. THEY ARE VERY SIMILAR IT JUST DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU LIKE :)
