LOVE IT ALL!

It is easier to work out when someone is telling you what to do next and how long to do it for. You can make up your own work out; it is totally possible but for me its easier to just do it and not have to think of what I am doing next or how many reps to do, or count how many seconds I have been doing it.

So I downloaded a few different free apps on my iPhone that have workout programs and tried them out. I realized I really like the Daily Workout app.

I had the free one for a few months and it worked perfectly for me!
It tells you how long to do each exercise and when to change to the next move. It has a little description underneath a video telling and showing exactly how to do each exercise. Choices for how long you want to workout for.
So today I bought the full app!! I am so excited to use it. It has more exercise moves, more workout choices and longer work outs!
